The ocean view from the room was stunning, perfect for morning sunrises. The kitchen had a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop, which was super handy. The bathroom came with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The pool area was clean and had lots of seating. Loved the easy beach access too!

i recently stayed for 4 nights and had a much better experience than my last stay in myrtle beach. the location was great, just a short walk to many attractions, and our room had a lovely partial ocean view which was a nice touch for our family holiday. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

Great place for a family getaway

The pools were really nice especially the lazy river which was kinda fun for the kids and it got crowded quick but we enjoyed it and the staff was super friendly always ready to help you out with whatever you needed

We chose this place for a short getaway to enjoy Myrtle Beach with the family. The location was fantastic, just a walk away from the beach and nearby attractions like the SkyWheel and Ripley's Aquarium. we were disappointed by the outdated amenities and the extra fees that caught us off guard. despite some challenges, the ocean view from our room was a highlight.

The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leading to a mix of hot and cold spots in the room. The elevators had a distinct smell that was less than inviting, and the overall decor felt dated, leaving it in dire need of updates. Additionally, parking was a hassle. the limited spots meant walking a bit of a distance to reach the hotel.

The oceanfront views were breathtaking, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. I especially loved the clean pool that offered a great spot to unwind.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Suite with Side View, and while the staff were friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Our room had issues with housekeeping, and we encountered long waits for fresh towels and trash removal. The location was great, but better attention to detail in cleanliness would significantly enhance the stay.

Cleanliness definitely needs improvement!!! !!! The elevators are painfully slow, making it a hassle to get around!!! Noise levels in the hallways are unbearable, affecting sleep quality throughout the stay!!!

The stay was a mixed bag. The deck area by the pools was relaxing and offered great ocean views, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade. The staff seemed welcoming, especially at the tiki bar where one of the bartenders made our time enjoyable. However, housekeeping seemed a bit lacking as our room wasn't cleaned throughout our week stay, and there were some maintenance issues with the elevator and Wi-Fi. Overall, the price and location made it worth it.
